Joy Joseph has been practicing family law in the public and private sectors in and around White Plains, NY for more than 30 years. After receiving her Undergraduate degree from Barnard College and Columbia University in 1981, Ms. Joseph obtained her Law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1985.
Ms. Joseph currently serves as Co-Chair of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, Families, Children & the Courts Committee. Ms. Joseph has been appointed by the Village of Sleepy Hollow as their Village Special Prosecutor, and also serves as a court-appointed attorney for children in custody, abuse and neglect and other Family Court cases.
Consultation fee will be credited to the retainer fee.
